Outside Sales – GTA
Responsibilities to include (but are not limited to):
• Work with their customers personally or face-to-face.
• Demonstrating how their products are utilized or discussing the functions of the product, giving catalogs or showing presentations to their customers.
• Follow-up with their customers so as to ensure that the customers are satisfied or contact them regarding some other products or services that their customers may be interested in buying.
• Maintain a close contact with their customers, resolve certain issues and answer relevant questions.
• Provide customers with high quality service and routine follow-up
• Negotiate customer quotations and proposals
• Participates in/assists with customer functions (Open houses; product training demonstrations, etc.)
• Actively makes customers aware of product promotions
• Account Management
• Providing technical assistance to external customers
• Contacting new potential customers and scheduling meetings.
• Determines best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and company adherence to policies
Desired Skills & Experience
• Possesses excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrates an understanding of effective selling methods.
• Possesses knowledge of HVAC systems and the ability to demonstrate and discuss with customers.
• Have a working knowledge and complete understanding on how to process orders, quotes, credits, and back orders on the computer.
• Understands basic inventory, warehousing and stocking procedures.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks.
• Works easily with others in a high paced work environment.
• Demonstrates effective communication skills (verbal, written, and listening).
• Be energetic and self-motivated.
• Dedicated to continuous improvement.
• Excellent computer skills.
